2008 BTSN Meeting Registration

Biotechnology Teacher Support Network meetings will be held on June 20, July 10, and August 7, 2008. All teachers who will be using the kit during the 2008/2009 school year must attend ONE of these sessions. For more information contact Barbara Soots at (530) 752-6552.

July 10 (8:30 am – 12 pm) BTSN Meeting and Science and Society Lecture
August 7 (8:00 am – 3 pm) FULL BTSN Meeting and Joint Genome Institute Tour
(transportation to Bay Area provided)

Training Dates  
June 18 – 19 (8:30 am – 4 pm) Basic Biotechnology and Transformation
August 5 – 6 (9 am – 12 pm) Introducation to PCR

These FREE workshops are open to secondary science teachers in Sacramento, Yolo, and Solano counties. Lunch and parking passes are provided.
